I am suddenly all about the lime. Oh my gosh. It seems to make everything better. I know realistically that can't be, but it sure SEEMS that way. I am particularly fond of honey and lime juice right now. The latest taste test -- a slice of dark brown full-grain bread, a little butter, drizzled honey, and a spritz of lime juice over the top. Dessert right there if the bread is good. Wow.
