Just finished a test on Hinduism for my Comparative Religion class. Had to finish reading the chapter first. Thank the gods it was largely a vocabulary test in practice. Am both amused and shocked to discover that a dream I had a few years ago featured the goddess Kali (didn't know who it was at the time) and was actually a fairly astute theological interpretation of her. I am now all weirded out and must contemplate this over a hot bath, as my brain is again full.

...dreams of Kali?

Sounds like the basis of a damn fine horror-fantasy, to me.

I'm just sayin'.

Since Kali represents death and destruction, She is an agent of change. I'm pretty sure change is just what you were undergoing a few years ago... yes? :) (She is also a benevolent mother, so don't be too weirded out.)

I took notes, which I still have. :)

Yep. I'm not really all that weirded out that she showed up, but rather that she showed up and I got the theological jist of her when I had no clue about her other than hearing the name. And yeah, the mother aspect was there too.

Weird.
