Or something to that effect. I've been two months out of the gym and I've put on some weight...not a lot, but enough that I can tell. For two months I've been stressed and eating like it, much to my shame. I've been eating out lots more often than I should and I'm just tired of it. To rectify this, I've cleared out my house of crappy foods, bought some actually good stuff that I can cook easily and quickly (no air conditioning kills my urge to cook in the summer). I went back to the gym tonight, did some cardio, and made an appointment with another trainer since I'm signed up and paying for the privilege anyway. I'm tired of being tired and feeling too big to make my clothes look the way I want. It's not going to happen just from wishing, so I better get my butt back to work.
