Dec. 23rd, 2007 06:44 pmWith only an extra six hours or so of travel time spent on runways and in airports than originally planned. All the flights I was booked on took place, however, and we were never bumped from any of them, so it was all good. My children got to experience turbulence for the first time, but Will managed to keep his lunch down where it belonged and it wasn't that bad. Could've been worse.
As it is I walked a couple of miles today, spent some time talking with my mom, did some last minute grocery shopping, and managed to call up across a 33.6 modem to access this wonderful thing we call the Internet. That is how much I love each and every one of you. :)
Lord willing, I'll find a place that will let me beg, steal, borrow, or lease some broadband access while I'm here so that browsing my email won't take two hours. Have a Merry Christmas, everyone.
