eurydicebound: (domestic)
As a note, it's going to be Phase 2 for freaking ever, so I'm going to start leaving that off very soon. Apparently when switching from 1 to 2, weight loss can stall a bit while your body figures out how to deal with the reintroduction of carbs and fruit. Takes a couple of weeks sometimes, so it may be a while before I report more weight loss.

Breakfast: Boys missed the bus today and before I realized it, I was in the car, hadn't eaten, and had left my food on the counter. Ergo, 1 Egg McMuffin, 1 orange. I know, I know. But that orange was goooood.

Morning snack: Skipped.

Lunch: Had late. Another turkey Unwich. Quite yummy. Have to start making these at home.

Afternoon snack: 1 small piece of cake. It came right about to the three bites it was supposed to be, plus a little bit. Someone was leaving for a new position. I regret nothing. :)

Dinner: Braised chicken in coconut milk. This was really darn tasty and totally legal. Ended up using all the cucumber for boys, so there was no rice (would have been awesome) and no veggies (so my bad) other than the onions I cooked it with. I just couldn't get it all done in time.

Dessert: Eh... I should. I haven't had dairy today really. I guess I will. I'm not really hungry, though.

Things I've Learned
1) Weighed myself today. I'm now down officially 9 lbs. Not bad for two weeks. I'm looking forward to making it 10. :)

2) I could see a difference when I went to the gym, and my jeans are on the baggy side now. I'm quite pleased with this.
