Update and SB, day 9

I took the kids to the Puyallup Fair, I went out to karaoke, and I spent a good part of the weekend gaming. Nearly everything I had was only barely legal, if that, and not nearly enough of it. Saturday night I fell over early thanks to bad food headaches -- have I mentioned that eating things I'm not supposed to gives me headaches now? -- and Sunday I spent running boys back and forth and doing work and trying desperately to catch up on chores.
As for today:
Breakfast: Kashi and soymilk
Morning snack: didn't happen.
Lunch: Turkey lettuce wrap sandwich.
Afternoon snack: 1 small oatmeal cookie
Dinner: Chicken teriyaki, brown rice, no lettuce
Dessert: hasn't happened yet, but yogurt and agave necter, per the usual. I'm way behind on dairy/cheese/protein today.
People are starting to notice that I've lost weight, and my largest jeans are almost too big to wear now. Unfortunately, that significantly cuts into my wardrobe. I'll have to do something about that.
