SB, day... 46, I think.

Yesterday was a really awful food day for me (no breakfast, 2 slices mushroom pizza, a coke -- I know, I know, my first real one since this started -- a banana, and a tuna melt sandwich) so I've decided that for now I'll be reviving the food diary, just to give myself a little focus and not let it become a habit.
Breakfast: 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread with a drizzle of honey (no honey's not actually allowed, but it was less than a teaspoon, so nyah), one stick of string cheese, green tea (no additions).
Morning snack: Nothing.
Lunch: Taco salad, no beans -- shredded pork, rice, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, salsa. Oh, and water. Did good on eating the salad (though I should have skipped the rice or substituted, but it was relatively small and so I ended up eating some of the tortilla bowl too.
Afternoon snack: 2/3 oz bittersweet chocolate.
Evening snack: organic cheese popcorn, water.
Dinner.... it's 10:35 and I haven't had it yet. Of course, I'm not hungry either.
I need to have more veggies. I need to have more fruit. I need to go to the grocery store really badly so that I can have more of both of the above. I also need to be having more protein, but that's a different thing (see needing more cheese and grocery store issues again). I will see what I can do about tomorrow.
