Mar. 23rd, 2009 03:09 pmIf in fixing your regular bowl of cereal in the morning you suspect that you have poured regular milk instead of soy milk, do not blithely trust that all will be well and that your lactose-intolerant self will have magically gotten better since the last time you had milk. Dump the whole mess and have a piece of fruit or something, otherwise you will still be feeling the effects the next day, as you are right freaking now.
