[Diet] Back up on the horse again.
Aug. 30th, 2009 12:07 pmBreakfast: Two slices Canadian bacon. Two eggs. 6 oz low sodium V-8. Am I still hungry? Damn straight. But it's carb cravings, not really hunger. Siiiiiigh.
Almost didn't have breakfast this morning. Then I realized that I was feeling nauseous because I hadn't eaten. I didn't want to eat, particularly, but I knew I needed to so I did. Figured if nothing looked or sounded or smelled good, I might as well eat the thing I was supposed to as opposed to the thing I wasn't.
The V-8 isn't making me wince as I drink it. I don't know if that makes me happy or sad.
Have to go buy more eggs. Have to get more V-8, and figure out lunches to bring along with snacks. Have to get back on target.
Note that I have my children here and I'm still cleaning out my house, so I may deviate from the ideal today. That's okay. I don't have to be perfect on the first day, I just have to get moving forward again.
Lunch: BLT Caesar salad.
Snack: Cheese. 3 Hohos. (Bought them for the kids, gave in to cravings. Don't judge me.) Piece of whole-grain toast w/fake butter and lavender jelly.
Dinner: Thin crust frozen pepperoni pizza, three slices.
