Breakfast: 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese, handful of grape tomatoes (do you see a pattern here? I do. It's what I took to work and left there so I could eat on the mornings life sucked for cooking)

Morning snack: ... you know, come to think of it, I don't think I had my morning snack. Shame on me.

Lunch: The Jimmy John's Unwich, which is all their sandwich toppings wrapped in lettuce rather than on bread. I love their bread, but I didn't miss it. In the lettuce it was pretty darn good, actually, and 100% diet legal. I sense that perhaps I shall be having this on a semi-regular basis.

Afternoon snack: 2 deviled eggs.

Dinner: Went out with children. Did the teriyaki thing again. Allowed myself one piece of my son's California roll. Was good.

Dessert: Plain Greek yogurt with agave nectar drizzled over the top.

Things I Have Learned

1) My sons now know how to use chopsticks without injury. I am proud.

2) Um... I got nothin'.

If you ever feel like a change of pace, you can make yogurt cheese by taking the plain yogurt and draining it through a piece of muslin or double-or-triple layer of cheesecloth overnight. It makes a nice spreadable texture cheese, and you can add garlic or chives or herbs to it to tinker with the flavor. Great with fresh veggies.
