Menu
Breakfast: 2 pieces of turkey, 1 piece of swiss, finished off the container of grape tomatoes.

Morning snack: Skipped it again. Bah.

Lunch: Another turkey unwich. I've missed sandwiches, damn it... not the bread, just the sandwich.

Afternoon snack: Abortive attempt at cucumber slices and babybel cheese. Not a good combo. Ate the cheese, saved the cucumbers.

Dinner: Finished off the fish I had the other day. Oh, and baby spinach.

Dessert: Wasn't going to have any as I was out of yogurt. But then I ended up staying late working on a project, and then I ended up snacking on cereal again, so I went and had the last of the soymilk to stave off the carb hunger, which worked a treat. At least the cereal is gone now. Stupid blood sugar cravings.

Things I Have Learned
1) My hunger for carbs is directly related to my blood sugar levels. This is freaky weird to realize.

2) Eh, I still got nothin'.
