Menu
Breakfast: 1.3 pieces of turkey (the last of it), 1 piece of swiss. Out of veggies.

Morning snack: 1 Babybel cheese.

Lunch: Another turkey unwich. It's not bad until you're sick of it, and I'm not sick of it yet.

Afternoon snack: Cucumber slices and hummus. Also, half a glass of white wine -- totally not diet legal, but it was company meeting time, and it was only half a glass. And I ended up having to speak briefly, so it was all to the good.

Dinner: Very nearly didn't eat at all. Managed to not get stuff I shouldn't have, though I was at the store late and the blood sugar was crashing. Instead went home, had a cup of newly-purchased vanilla soymilk, had tondoori-spiced tofu and romaine lettuce, ate half and then was so, so done, and then threw away the rest.

Dessert: Newly purchased Greek yogurt and agave nectar.

Things I Learned
1) That tomorrow is my last day on Phase 1, and I'm really looking forward to Phase 2. I won't be afraid to revisit this portion of the program at a later date if I need to, but I'm ready to add some fruit and whole grain back in.

2) That I really can bypass things what are bad for me, even if I do sort of really want them. Go me.

Dessert: Wasn't going to have any as I was out of yogurt. But then I ended up staying late working on a project, and then I ended up snacking on cereal again, so I went and had the last of the soymilk to stave off the carb hunger, which worked a treat. At least the cereal is gone now. Stupid blood sugar cravings.

Things I Have Learned
1) My hunger for carbs is directly related to my blood sugar levels. This is freaky weird to realize.

2) Eh, I still got nothin'.
