Breakfast: Kashi, soymilk, and the last of the raspberries
Morning snack: skipped
Lunch: Lettuce wrap sandwich consisting turkey, swiss, torn romaine lettuce, thin sliced onions, mayo. Grape tomatoes on the side.
Afternoon snack: Laughing cow cheese
Evening: Didn't really eat dinner -- wasn't hungry. Did have a bowl of cottage cheese with some diced onion in it.
Stuff
1) So ready for Alisdair to be feeling better and back in school. Luckily, his fever was broken by that evening.
2) I've wondered if I ought to worry if I miss a meal, but if I don't feel hungry and my blood sugar isn't noticably dipping, I don't think I'll be too concerned about it, so long as I'm not doing it on a regular basis.
