Breakfast: Egg Mcmuffin -- there was a parent-teacher conference in the morning and I overslept. Something out after the meeting was the best I could do, and as far as breakfast options are, it's relatively harmless.

Morning snack: skipped

Lunch: Turkey and cream cheese sandwich on honey wheat bread. I tried for somthing closer to whole grain, but that was the closest they had and I didn't have time to go anywhere else. As it was, I could see grains in the bread, so it probably wasn't too bad. Also had bean sprouts, tomato, and whole-berry cranberry sauce on it.

Afternoon snack: none

Evening: Spicy teriyaki chicken, double salad. No dressing, no rice. The chicken was awesome.

Dessert: In lieu of wine, which I didn't have access to, I ended up having a couple ounces of chocolate vodka with a couple of ounces of pepsi poured in. It was fairly tasty, surprisingly enough. I only drank about half of it, but that was all I needed.


Stuff
1) I've lost another half-pound since Monday. Go me!
2) II went to karaoke tonight (the first time ever). It was a great deal of fun, and when singing a song I know and like, I totally rock. Go me.
