Well, I actually went back and worked out today. I'm basically starting over (yet again) but it's a good feeling. There is so much going on in my life right now that I can't control... going back to school, money being tight, etc.. It just feels so good to take control of even one little thing that will have a positive outcome. It's not much, but at least it's something. Maybe I really /will/ finish dropping another clothing size by Christmas.
