I don't hate drinking tomato juice after all. Apparently it's only V8 that is an abomination unto the earth. Who knew?
In other news, I decided not to go all the way back to Phase 1. I'm not sure that I need to. I'll go back to starting Phase 2 again and see if that will start the process back up. I can always do the two weeks of hell later -- although it won't be nearly so hellish if I've been on Phase 2 for a while -- if it looks like I'm not actually losing weight after all. It'll kickstart things as necessary and I can handle it, but why do that if I don't need to?
Oh, and the lack of sugar/carbs is starting to mess with my head. Stupid headaches.
Breakfast: Two eggs, 1 slice Canadian bacon, one piece of whole grain toast, 1 tsp "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter" spread. 1 6 oz can tomato juice. (1 carb serving)
Snack: 3/4 cup cherries.
Lunch: 3/4 cup smoked turkey, 2 tsp of barbeque sauce (probably not legal, admittedly -- will have to check); 2 cups lettuce, 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, 2 tbsp salad tortilla strips (extra carb, my bad). 1 sugar-free pudding cup.
Snack: String cheese.
Dinner: Off the charts. Went out to dinner with the boys to Blue C Sushi (Al's choice), since I got a check. Had a spider roll (what, 1/2 cup of white rice total?) and some seared tuna, which I actually liked a lot. Sparkling water to drink. Had a cream puff. Also finished off the last of Al's Ben & Jerry's ice cream, so about 1/3 cup of that. Still, though, I was thinking it was a lot worse than it actually was when I write it out. I could have done far worse things to myself, all things considered, and I didn't have a soda! Go me.
