Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice Canadian bacon, 1 slice toast with butter, 1 cup tea, 1 v-8.
Snack: None.
Lunch: Taco salad with salsa for dressing, cheese, lettuce, and crunchy tortilla strips. Had seconds of this.
Snack: Cheese and triscuits.
Dinner: 2 turkey dogs in low-fat pillsbury crescent rolls. 1/2 cup potato chips. A coke. Oh well.
Snack: Ricotta cheese with cocoa, vanilla extract, and agave nectar. Definitely filling, if not intrinsically tasty.
