Didn't have a soda yesterday. Want a coke today. Will see how long I can hold out.

Breakfast: Forgot to eat at home. Had an almond granola bar. Still hungry.

Morning snack: Um... had a coke. Evidently with a start like that, the answer is "not long." Sigh.

Lunch: Two chicken tacos, hard shell. Another coke.

Afternoon snack: Way, way more free snack-table carbs than I want to think about.

Dinner: Arby's roast chicken sandwich. 5 french fries. another coke.

Snack: A banana.

Siiiiiigh.

Congrats on the no soda thing. I'm closing in on 4 months of no soda, no sweet tea, though I haven't given up my sweetened creamers in my coffee, so I still have 1 sweetened drink a day. I may give myself a small break come holiday time late in the year, but I may try not to give into the urge.
