Me: The world is blurry. Huh. I must really need to clean my glasses.

Me: Wait. Where are my glasses?

Me: *facepalm* *smack*

Me: Okay, I'm not wearing my glasses after all.

That doesn't happen to me, but only because the first step isn't, "my the world is blurry," it's "Oh my god, I've gone completely blind."
