Stolen from, oh, a half-dozen people on my friends list.
A - Age: 33
B - Best feature: shoulders
C - Car I first owned: 1978 Olds --aka "the blue tank." It only got 18 or so miles to the gallon, but she was solid iron.
D - Depeche Mode song: Enjoy the Silence
E - Easiest person to talk to: Um... I've a few that I talk to, but rarely all that often -- or that I'd tell everything to. It just seems as though things are always too complicated to risk telling everything to any one person. I should probably make an effort to talk to people more, honestly.
F - Farthest from home that I've traveled: Seattle -- though since that is now home, I'm not sure if it counts. In that case, the furthest from home I've been is Cape Kennedy, Florida.
G - Gummy Bears or Gummy Worms: Bears.
H - (Real) hair color: Dark brown. Have considered getting a reddish/dark auburn tint/highlights, but honestly, my complexion is suited for what I have. I can't fathom myself as anything else.
I - Instruments: voice, piano (stuck firmly in the Intermediate/noodle around on it proficiency level), trumpet (I think I still remember some of the notes... maybe).
J - Jellybean flavor: cherry
K - Kids: Alisdair, age 7, and William, age 5.
L - Longest car ride ever: From SW Oklahoma to Las Vagas last year for GTS.
M - Mom's name: Helen
N - Name that was almost given to me: Nothing in particular. They were determined to name me Helen after my mom, and had problems coming up with any other name that sounded good with Helen that they could agree on. I don't think they ever had a boy name picked out.
O - Oldest living relative: My grandfather, who's 93 years old.
P - Phobia[s]: None. Strong fears: uncontrolled descent. I really don't like walking down staircases, but I think that's more due to my lack of depth perception than a fear per se.
Q - Favorite Quote: I don't have one in particular. There are just too many good ones to pick.
R - Reason to smile: Nearly everything right now.
S - Song I sang last: Fallen, by Sarah MacLachlan.
T - Time I wake up: 7:30 AM
U - Unknown fact about me: In my younger days, I was in a production of Fiddler on the Roof wherein I played (among other roles) a Russian soldier AND a young Jewish man dancing with a bottle on my head.
V - Vegetable I hate: Beets.
W - Worst habit: Losing my temper with my kids when I'm frustrated.
X - X-rays I've had: Teeth, spine, left hand, left leg, ankle, and foot.
Y - Yummy food: Again, too many to choose from.
Z - Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
