Hey I'm on there! Are these like friends of friends? What do those numbers mean tho?

Yeah, apparently it does something like goes through and see who most of your friends have friended, and thus who might be a good fit on your friends list as a result. The lower the number, the higher the match. I don't know exactly what the numbers mean, though.
