I finally got WoW installed on my computer, only I have now discovered that my account is frozen -- and I won't have the money to unfreeze it for at least a week. I am sad. *sniff*
Of course, the up side of all this is that my flat screen G4 rocks on toast. And my landlord the graphic designer is helping me with a project to earn free dance lessons by reconfiguring the studio's web site for them.
The dance for the showcase has been chosen: it is going to be a tango to "Steady As She Goes" by the Raconteurs. I really didn't want to do a tango originally, but I love this song, and it's just so much fun, and the tango fits better than almost anything else. You could do East Coast swing to it as well, but the tango fits better with the lyrics and is just a more... I dunno. Ironic? Artistic? choice. In any case, it's definitely more unexpected. If you haven't heard the song, you should definitely look it up. I'd put up a link like Gareth does except that I don't know how. Oh well.
The one job I thought I had a decent shot let me know that my resume was roundfiled prior to the editing test. Blah. Time to keep looking, I suppose.
