Phone issues are resolved. I feel stupid, but it could be worse. Just have to hang in there a little while longer.

You are not stupid. :) My Mom accidentally let the phone get turned off during our childhood. (And I uhm celebrate this tradition by accidentally letting the cellphones get turned off... no auto-billing is a pain!)
