Last night I helped turn in my group paper (effectively the midterm) in my English class, and then I came home and took the history final for my online Foreign Policy class. It did not suck, and I'm pretty certain of an A on both. I've also managed to get a cold, so I feel curiously worn and relieved, all at the same time. My first major grade for both classes, and I've managed not to screw up. I am proud... it's been a long time coming, and I frankly had almost no confidence that life wasn't waiting to trip me up again, having me pull the rug out from under myself as I did for most of my previous college career. Being able to do this without screwing up is... I don't really have words for it. I guess it's like light dawning, as I realize that maybe I'm not doomed to be a life-long fuckup after all.

So, yeah. Yay me. :)
