If you're trying to say that someone's argument is badly thought out or incorrect, you might call it a fallacious argument. Calling it a fellacious argument, though, would have to refer to something else altogether. Might want to avoid the latter, unless it's a very special kind of argument. :)

This is Michi's brain on "verbal free association" day. Sigh.
