Halloween farm reviews

For those who might read this who are local to the Seattle area, have any of you gone and done the farm/corn maze thing? Is there any noticable difference between locations? If I were to go to either Remlinger Farms or Maris Farms, could you recommend one over the other for any particular reason? Any information is welcome.

I've only ever been to Remlinger farms in the past but when we went they didn't do the corn maze thing. They're totally, unapologetically commercial, though. Their other "attractions" are for those seriously hardcore "autumn"-holics. Hay bales and giant pumpkins aplenty. I'm sure their corn maze would be solidly adequate, even if not rising to the level of awesome.

Yes, there was a farm out at the end of 520 on the other side of Willows Road. But that year because of drought the corn was pathetically short.

J and I hit up the farm in Redmond and just wandered around, looking at the pumpkins. I'm pretty sure you are asking for your boys..and J and I didn't do the corn maze so can't really comment.

I haven't actually done a corn maze, since my oldest kid is 3, but the one at "The Farm" in Snohomish (just East of Everett) looks like it would be pretty cool for older kids. It's a giant map of Washington State, complete with Educational Opportunities. Or something.
