It is deeply wrong that a 60-second clip of a John Cusack performance from a movie I've never seen can move me to tears. Or at least it's really unfair, as I hate crying over movies. There's very few actors that can do that to me. Tonight on "In the Actor's Studio" it was proved that he could.

I think for Christmas I want dinner and conversation with John Cusack. That's not too much to ask, right? :)

Shouldn't you explain a *little* about the clip? :)

Well, it happened twice. First was the rain/phone booth scene from Say Anything, but I've seen that movie so it doesn't count.

The second scene was from a film called "Grace is Gone," about a man who takes his two daughters on a planned vacation to an amusement park in hopes of finding the right time to tell them their mother was killed in Iraq. In the scene, he's called home to hear her voice on the answering machine and ask her how to do this.

Just. Killed. Me.

This does not surprise me. I would probably do the same.

John Cusack is amazing.

Hey, if you can get me a date with Drew Barrymore, I think we could try to swing you dinner with J.C.!
