doctor update

Went in this morning. Running late as usual, but they let me in and gave me my referral. I also talked to them about the diabetes testing. As it happens, it requires fasting before taking it to make sure it's not unduly influenced. As it also happens, though, I hadn't had breakfast and hadn't eaten or drank anything other than water since about 8:00 the night before, which was more than 12 hours by that point. So they took my blood and will start the test results. I should know on Monday if anything comes back abnormal, if not before.
