Invitations!

If you can read this and you live in the Seattle area (and I know you), you are invited to come see me this Friday evening, December 8, at 9 PM at Pacific Dance Center (http://www.pacificdance.com/contact.html for directions). I'll be doing my little dance program during the course of the practice party. All are welcome, and no additional dancing on your part is required -- though of course if you want to, there will doubtlessly be people there happy to help you with the basics for a dance or two. If friends show up and you want to, maybe we can go do something afterwards -- the party will end at about 10:30 PM. You aren't required to stay for the whole thing (my thing will be somewhere in the middle) but if you can, that would be spiffy. If you want to RSVP, you can either respond below or email me as appropriate.

Oh... and if anyone has a camcorder, could I perhaps borrow it that evening? It would be nice to tape it to show my parents and kids later.

Rosie's got a sitter!

iamnikchick has volunteered to have Rosie come visit her house for the week in question, so all is set! Many, many thanks. I'm sure she'll have a great time, and I'm much happier knowing she'll be well taken care of during my absence. Muchas gracias, mi amiga. :)

Oh yeah....

I don't know that this is the least bit useful, but I get asked this on occasion so I thought I'd mention it here, given the impending silly season. I do have a wishlist on Amazon. I am... well, rather impressively broke given my current unemployment, so presents are neither expected nor likely to be reciprocated at this time, but it seems worth doing.
