Doggie cream puffs
Dec. 7th, 2006 11:24 amSo today I undertook the much-belated task of giving Rosie her bath. While she looked on me with a baleful and pitiful eye throughout the procedure, she was very good. I'm also washing the sheet I use to cover the couch while I'm out, which she's very put out about as it just now started to smell right to her. Heh.
The funniest part of all this, though, is that the doggie shampoo I have is oatmeal based, to help prevent her from getting any irritated skin spots (such as the ones she had when she came to me). Therefore, by the time I'm done, she smells sort of like wet dog cream puffs, which isn't nearly as potentially unpleasant as it sounds. It's very amusing to me, though. She's almost dry now and seems to have fully forgiven me. :) Yay for a clean Rosie.
