Gaaaah.

I am internetless until sometime tomorrow (thank you, blessed Library Internet access!). Therefore, if I have not answered an email or something, it's because I couldn't. I'll catch up ASAP. Both the digital cable and my cable modem are down and Comcast can't come until Monday, naturally.

This means that DVD viewing has seen a resurgence in the Lyons household. Last night I watched State and Main, which I've had out from Netflix since... er... a while. Tonight is Chinatown, I think. I'm not sure I'll like it, but if I don't I have plenty of other options to take its place. Realizing that I just don't watch the DVDs if I have cable, though, has made me more heavily consider just dropping Netflix. I like being able to get stuff and not be charged late fees, but there's a limit to what that's worth.

I dunno. We'll see.

Oh, and I'm also unemployed now, likely for somewhere between 2-4 weeks. If you live locally and I haven't gotten in touch with you lately and you want to get together, now is a SPLENDID time to do so. :) In the meantime I'll be making stew and baking stuff and cleaning my house and knitting and watching DVDs and trying not to think about not having internet accesss.

So, yeah. Call, don't email. When the hermitage passes, I'll post again.
