South Beach, Day 9

Breakfast: 1 slice of swiss cheese, 2 slices of turkey, grape tomatoes
Morning snack: 2 deviled eggs
Lunch: Grilled teriyaki chicken -- no teriyaki sauce -- and iceberg lettuce salad, with 1/2 dressing
Afternoon snack: string cheese
Dinner: Broiled curried salmon and baby spinach
Dessert: Plain greek yoghurt with agave nectar
Things I've Learned
1) So today I got dinner out for the boys on the way to Al's appointment. I ended up getting a small coke for me and.... I hated it. Really. It sucked. I took three sips and threw it away. Yay!
2) I am drinking so much water. I've got a 40oz water bottle at work, and I refilled that twice today, not counting the water at the gym and the water at home. Craziness.
3) I had 1 piece of hard candy today and one piece of dark chocolate, but I'm having monthly issues and I'm allowed, damn it. If that's the worst thing I do food-wise, then I am totally awesome.
