[Diet] Day 6
Jun. 2nd, 2009 10:31 amNot retaining water this morning. Blood pressure is back down to a more reasonable if slightly elevated level. I'll give it one more day with no soda and see if it keeps improving. If it doesn't, then I suspect I also need to change tomato juice brands, as the sodium in that is off the chart for what I'm used to. Luckily I finished off the last of that this morning.
Weight continues to improve -- with some of the water weight gone, I look to be down a half inch total. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean I've really lost it yet -- that's the trouble with water weight. But my body seems to be reacting as though there's a shift going on.
Oh, and I want a cookie. This is problematic. I have these low-carb vegan cookies I bought at PCC, but I don't really trust them. Still. Coooookie. Argh. Maybe tonight after class.
