Augh. Stupid monthly stuff. Stupid finals. Stupid day. Augh.



Breakfast: 1 cup vanilla soy milk. 1 egg. 1 patty veggie sausage (Morningstar brand). 1/2 whole wheat scone. Drizzle of agave nectar on scone. 6 oz tomato juice.

Snack: 1 piece string cheese. 4 pieces tofu jerky.

Lunch: Um... I didn't have lunch. But I had a job interview. I guess that doesn't really count as "lunch," though, does it? But I could have stopped for fast food and I didn't. So that's something.

Snack: 1 banana. Handful of cheese popcorn. Sigh. 1 1/2 fudgesicles. (they come in those little half-sizes, and I had three, which is two more than I should have, but I'm PMS-y and they're sugar free, and.... yeah, I know. Bite me).

Dinner: The other half of the salmon from the other day, about 2 cups lettuce, more salsa than I meant to pour on it but oh well, and a few chipotle cheese curds from Beechers. 2 crackers.

Oh, and I'm pissed off because I'm retaining water. I can feel it in my hands and feet, and that means that most likely my blood pressure is up, and I don't know why. I've been taking my meds -- oh, fuck. Is it because of the soda I had yesterday? It was doing this to me yesterday evening too...

Yeah. 155/95 first reading, 148/86 the second after a couple minutes of deep breathing. Bloody fucking hell. Well, time to see what's causing it. If it's still around tomorrow, it's not the soda. I hope it's the soda.
