eurydicebound: (domestic)
Last day of Phase 1

Breakfast: 1 egg, fried in non-stick pan with spray canola oil. 2 slices Canadian bacon. 1 tomato, cut into slices, grilled.

Morning snack: Skipped.

Lunch: Crab Louis salad -- I really overshot my calorie count here, as I forgot to order the dressing on the side. I also had an Italian soda and a 1/2 cup of cocoa nib ice cream. It's the end of phase 1 -- sue me. :)

Afternoon snack: A couple of bites of cottage cheese.

Dinner: I wasn't hungry, so I ended up putting it off and just having half-again as much yogurt, with some agave nectar and lemon juice on top.

Dessert: See above.

Things I've Learned:
1) Or rather, haven't learned. I still haven't weighed myself.

2) Spore Origins is FUN. :)
