Breakfast: 1 small 100% whole wheat bagel, 2 tsp whipped butter, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese, cinnamon tea
Morning snack: 1 red pear
Lunch: Chicken teriyaki and lettuce salad-- Tried a new place, not good this time, didn't eat much. Won't go there again.
Afternoon snack: 6 hershey's kisses
Dinner: 1 mixed greens salad with dried cranberries, feta cheese, and a bit of basalmic vinagrette dressing.
Dessert: plain yogurt mixed with vanilla extract and agave nectar.

I felt like I was really off target yesterday, but it's nice to see that it wasn't as bad as I'd feared. I did get a migraine starting halfway through the day, but I took my vitamins and my magnesium and some pain meds, and it went away. I've got to start planning, better, though, and I've REALLY got to start bringing an afternoon snack at the very least. Oh, and I've got to work more veggies and protein -- getting to have cereal in the morning again is convenient, but I think my diet is suffering for it.
Also, having the boys here is just killing my time to plan or do anything. I get two hours a day in which I'm exhausted but alone to focus, if that -- last night Al was coughing and couldn't sleep, so even that didn't happen. Normally I've got weekends to recharge, but David was out of town last weekend, so no such timing. And classes start on Thursday. And I've had boy things happen every day after school this week, so we haven't gotten home before 8 PM for any of it. I'm just really tired and needing a bit of space, something where I don't have to have Cartoon Network or Super Paper Mario going five feet away as I'm trying to concentrate on work.
