Argh.

My toilet is mostly clogged. The boys have been talked to about their approaches to paper consumption. I suspect that a trip to a hardware store to buy a closet auger is in order for tomorrow, although when I'll fit this in around classes is anyone's guess. It may wait until Wednesday.

I've managed to get a slow drain going after a couple of hours of fighting with it, armed only with a plunger and a resulting distinct lack of appetite. Ugh. Let's hope that the right tools fix this in a timely fashion.

Drain snake + Liquid Plumber.

Until you can get an auger/snake, try a copious dollop (ounce or tthree) of liquid soap, shampoo or dishwashing liquid. When used in conjunction with plunging, it often has amazing results.
