Breakfast: Whole grain English muffin, 1 piece of veggie sausage, 1 slice American cheese. 1 orange. Herbal tea. Green tea (the herbal wasn't cutting it).
Morning Snack: N/A
Lunch: Chicken Tikka Masala, 3/4 cup rice, 1/2 medium pita/naan, 3/4 cup cabbage slaw, sparkling water
Afternoon Snack: banana, chocolate chip cookie, string cheese
Dinner: 1 piece Hawaiian pizza. 1 10 oz. coke. (I was hungry, had an hour between classes, and the food court was the only thing within a reasonable distance. Don't judge me.)
Evening Snack: 1/2 cup baby carrots. 2-3 tbsp hummus, various flavors. 1 pudding cup.
Editing entries is my friend. Also, remembered gym clothes today AND got my kids on the bus. I rock.
Edit: company meeting and class today. No working out after all -- didn't get here early enough. Also, I can tell I'm getting back on the program, because I'm dealing with a constant low-grade headache that reminds me of phase 1, which also tells me I got too far off track before.
