Down 2 lbs. Not much, but it's a start. Two more and I'll have gotten under 220 again.

Lunch: chicken wrap: 8
sweet potato fries: 8
Dinner: pierogies: 4
Cauliflower: 1 (roasted with a bit of oil)
Cooked apples: 2
1 piece of a bigger sausage: 2
Snack: soda: 3
5+9+16+3=25+8=33-2 for activity = 31. 2 flex points spent, 33 left.
