Okay, so I decided I needed to work out something about dinner. I also went to the store. Halfway through dinner I realized something:

Moderately spicy leftover Thai food: capsciacin. (spelled wrong, I know)
1 16-oz Coke: caffiene & sugar
Challah bread: carbs
Nutella: chocolate

I am the queen of self-medication. Fear my awesome powers.

Oh, and my head still hurts. Fuck.
