Since mercuryeric commented that a rant on fashion without pics is useless, (*grin*) I've provided the best pic I could find of the offending item. Needless to say, the fringe was not the only issue with the outfits worn by that pair, but it was the most.... active.

Oh man, I knew that's what you were talking about. She's not that busty, and yet that fringe still makes her look like something out of National Geographic.

I agree with Adam - some kind of regulation uniform would be great. Then they could focus /entirely/ on the skating, and not the floofy costume bits they're all wearing.

I swear, one woman's dare-I-say outfit looked like she'd had to wrestle it from the death grip of a shredder.

Ooo, I'm not sure. I get where you are coming from, but where would Torville and Dean's matador performance have gone if they were wearing matching whole-body prophylactics? For the illusion I think they do need itty bitty costumes...I just think there should be limits.
