[Diet] Day 19
Jun. 16th, 2009 05:15 pmBreakfast: A strawberry, raspberry, acai, soymilk and protein powder smoothie.
Snack: None.
Lunch: Mango chicken salad, 1 coke, 1 cup tortilla chips, 1/3 cup queso. That's pretty much my carbs for the day, I think.
Snack: No snack.
Dinner: Cold chicken, a bit of goat cheese and 4 triscuits.
Snack: A cup of soy milk and a handful of cheerios.
Snack: None.
